Cardio Hip Hop is a dance fitness/cardio hip-hop program using the hottest urban music from Hip-Hop (old and new school), Reggae, House, Top-40, R&B, Electronic, and Reggae. House Party Fitness® is designed for people of all ages, shapes and sizes! Whether you are an avid dancer or just starting out, this workout is guaranteed to help you lose weight and get toned all while having fun!
Zumba® is for Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class
Strength Fitness is a total body, interval-based class with a mix of aerobic and resistance
training designed to get your heart rate up while building lean muscle. ALL FITNESS LEVELS
ARE WELCOME!
Burlesque Fitness is a great cardio workout where you will sweat, build stamina and endurance. Occasionally using props is great for muscle toning and your core. This class is all about getting your heart rate up, burning calories and becoming a healthier you through dance. No matter what body type or dance level you will walk away feeling empowered and confident. Class includes warm up and a choreographed routine.
