This interactive Mommy & Me Fitness Class ensures you receive a full body workout while spending time with your child. This class incorporates numerous body conditioning exercises and uses your baby as additional weight to ensure maximum results!
From push-ups to sit-ups, leg extensions to squats, this workout will be tailored specifically for you and your little one to spend some extra quality time together while staying in shape!
